Website use
The website content is provided for information and vehicle reservations. Copying, automated scraping, form abuse or use that disrupts the system is not allowed.
Reservations and prices
Online availability and pricing are informational until final confirmation. KLS Auto confirms the reservation after checking vehicle, dates, location and optional services. Prices are transparent; optional services are charged only when selected or agreed.
Basic rental conditions
The driver must be at least 21 years old, must have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years, and the minimum rental period is 48 hours, meaning 2 days. A return delay of up to 2 hours is tolerated; after that an additional day is charged.
Pickup and return
The vehicle is picked up and returned at the agreed place and time. Vehicle condition remarks must be reported immediately at pickup. Return to another location is possible only if agreed in advance.
Insurance, CDW, SCDW and excess
CDW is basic damage coverage with an agreed excess. The excess is the predefined amount the renter bears in case of covered damage or contract breach. SCDW is an optional upgrade which, when available and agreed, can reduce the excess or bring it to 0 BAM for covered damage.
Border crossing
The vehicle may be used outside Bosnia and Herzegovina only if border travel is approved in advance as an additional service. A flat-rate Balkan package or Schengen/EU package may be available depending on vehicle, dates and availability. If only a Balkan package is approved, the contract states the exact countries.
Prohibited use
The vehicle may not be driven by a person not listed in the contract; used for paid transport or sub-rental, towing, competitions, test drives, under alcohol or drugs, contrary to traffic rules, overloaded or technically unsafe.
Fuel, fines and cleaning
The vehicle is returned with the fuel level agreed at pickup. The renter bears fines, parking, administrative costs and later-issued penalties for the rental period. Excessive dirt, smoke or interior damage may be charged additionally.
Jurisdiction and updates
For matters not covered by the website, the reservation confirmation, rental agreement and applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina apply. KLS Auto may update these terms to reflect the service, law or operational process.
