What data do we collect?
For enquiries or reservations we may collect name, phone, e-mail, rental dates, pickup and return location, selected vehicle, additional services and notes.
For the rental agreement we may need identification documents, driving licence details and other data required for the contract, property protection and payment.
Why do we use the data?
We use data to process enquiries, confirm reservations, prepare the rental agreement, organise pickup and return, provide support, protect vehicles, handle payments, accounting and legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for basic site functionality (showing the consent banner, remembering your language) and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are placed only after your explicit consent and are used to measure visits and improve performance — your IP address is anonymized and Google Consent Mode v2 ensures no personal data is sent before consent.

Data transfer: Google Analytics may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or share analytics data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your consent: you do not have to accept analytics cookies — the reservation system, contact forms and every other feature work equally well without them. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer; the banner will reopen and your new choice will replace the previous one.
Who do we share data with?
We do not sell data. We share it only when needed for rental delivery, website maintenance, insurance, accounting, payment collection or when required by competent authorities and applicable law.
How long do we keep data?
Data is kept as long as needed for the reservation, contract, accounting and legal obligations, dispute handling and property protection. After that it is deleted or anonymised where possible.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where the law allows it. Please send enough information so we can identify the relevant reservation or rental agreement.
