How can I reserve a vehicle?
Choose pickup and return dates, compare available vehicles and continue to the reservation page. You can also send the same details by WhatsApp if you need confirmation before booking.
Is the displayed price final?
Yes. The selected dates and vehicle show a clear base rental price. Optional services such as SCDW, child seat or border travel package are added only if you choose or agree to them.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 48 hours, meaning 2 days. A return delay of up to 2 hours is tolerated; after that an additional rental day is charged.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. If the vehicle has not been taken over and no special written condition applies, cancellation is handled without penalty.
Payment and documents
Driver requirements, documents and payment.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence, ID card or passport are required. Foreign nationals should present a passport. The documents must match the person named as driver in the rental agreement.
Who can drive the vehicle?
The driver must be at least 21 years old and must have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Is a deposit or credit card required?
For standard KLS Auto rental there is no deposit and no credit-card block. You pay the agreed rental price and any selected additional services.
How do I pay?
Payment is agreed before or at vehicle pickup. Prices are confirmed clearly, and any optional service is listed separately so there are no hidden costs.
Pickup and return
Airport pickup, flight delay and return place.
Where do I pick up the car at Tuzla Airport?
We arrange pickup at Tuzla Airport-Dubrave, usually at arrivals or the agreed parking area. Send your flight time or flight number so pickup can be coordinated.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send us a message as soon as you know. For airport pickups we follow the arrival time and coordinate handover around your actual landing when possible.
Can I return the car to another location?
Yes, only if agreed in advance. Some return locations may require an additional fee depending on distance, time and vehicle availability.
Vehicle and insurance
Mileage, CDW/SCDW, excess and border packages.
Is mileage limited?
No. Standard KLS Auto rentals include unlimited mileage unless a special written agreement says otherwise.
What are CDW, SCDW and excess?
CDW is basic damage coverage with an agreed excess. The excess is the predefined amount the renter bears in case of covered damage or contract breach. SCDW is an optional upgrade which, when available and agreed, can reduce the excess or bring it to 0 BAM for covered damage.
What is not covered by insurance?
Insurance does not cover negligent or prohibited use, alcohol or drug influence, unauthorised drivers, wrong fuel or lack of oil, tyres and rims, underbody damage, gearbox misuse, interior damage or windscreen damage unless a written agreement says otherwise. A police report is required for damage processing.
Can I cross the border with the car?
Yes, but only if border travel is agreed and approved in advance as an additional service. A flat-rate Balkan package or Schengen/EU package may be available depending on vehicle, dates and availability. If only a Balkan package is approved, the contract states the exact countries covered. Without an approved package or written consent, the vehicle is used only in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Rental conditions
Fuel, fines, cleaning and prohibited use.
What is not allowed during the rental?
The vehicle may not be used by a person not listed in the contract, for paid transport or sub-rental, towing or pushing, test drives, competitions or races, under alcohol or drug influence, against traffic rules, or when overloaded or technically unsafe.
How does fuel work?
The vehicle is issued and returned with a full tank if rented that way. If fuel is missing on return, a fixed 100 BAM (KM) fee plus the value of the missing fuel is charged.
Who pays fines, parking and cleaning?
The renter is responsible for fines, parking charges, administrative fees and later-issued penalties for the rental period. Excessive dirt, smoke or interior damage may trigger cleaning costs and the agreed interior excess.
Is vehicle condition documented?
Yes. Vehicle condition is documented at pickup and return. Any remark should be reported immediately at pickup. Vehicles may be equipped with GPS for property protection, safety and prevention of misuse.

What should I do in case of breakdown?
Contact KLS Auto immediately. We organise assistance and, when needed, agree the next steps or replacement vehicle. Unauthorised repairs without approval are not recognised.

Are conditions identical for every vehicle?
The core principles are the same: clear price, unlimited mileage and support. Some options, border packages or insurance upgrades depend on the specific vehicle, dates and availability.
